El procedimiento lo llev\u00f3 a cabo personal de la comisar\u00eda 15, quienes patrullaban por calle Los Atacamas al 2700 del barrio Concepci\u00f3n, cuando demoraron un auto Chevrolet Corsa Clasic LT Spirt , tipo Sedan cuatro puertas, dominio colocado MIO-111 de color gris.
